    Terms of Service

    These Terms govern your access to and use of SnagEdge, operated by Bugbear Labs FZE LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

    Account & acceptable use

    You must be at least 18 years old. Keep credentials secure. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Do not reverse engineer or abuse the platform.

    Data ownership

    You retain ownership of your project content. You grant SnagEdge a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service. We may anonymise and aggregate usage data for improvements.

    Service availability

    We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and security updates may affect uptime.

    Limitation of liability

    SnagEdge is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Bugbear Labs FZE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
