SnagEdge is operated by Bugbear Labs FZE LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use SnagEdge.

What we collect

Account information (name, email, organisation), project data (snags, photos, floorplans, comments, signatures), and usage analytics (page views, feature usage — no personal identifiers).

How we use it

To provide the service, improve the product, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required to operate the service (hosting, email delivery).

Data storage

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Photos and files are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Your rights

You can export your data, request deletion of your account and associated data, or ask us to correct inaccurate information. Contact us at snagedge@bugbear-labs.com.

UAE compliance

We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and follow GDPR principles as an international best practice.
