Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment details. Enter your email, create your account, start logging snags.
What counts as a 'project'?
A project is a construction handover scope — a building, a floor, a unit block, a fitout. You decide how to structure it. One active project = one project toward your plan limit.
Can I invite subcontractors?
Yes. You can add team members to any project. They can view and update snags assigned to them. Member limits apply per plan.
What happens when I hit the free tier limit?
You can still view and manage existing projects. To create a new project, you'll need to upgrade or archive an existing one.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Photos and files are stored in Supabase Storage. We do not sell your data.
Can I export my data?
All plans include PDF export. You can also request a full data export by contacting us at snagedge@bugbear-labs.com.
